Italfit product warranty conditions
1) Free training for one time during the warranty period of 12
2) 12 months free warranty and 5 years after-sales service
3) It is mandatory to present the original warranty card when using the warranty service. Otherwise, the cost of repair or replacement is the responsibility of the customer.
4) Proper maintenance of the clothing and its accessories is the responsibility of the customer.
5) During the free warranty period, all products are repaired and in case of excessive damage and the need for replacement, the cost will be charged to the customer.
Out-of-warranty conditions
The following are not covered by the warranty:
1) Damage caused by electrical surges
2) Damage caused by physical damage
3) Negligence and lack of care for the garment and device
4) Improper use of the garment (stretching and tearing of the garment and consumable parts)
5) Placing the garment and device in harsh conditions (high humidity, high temperature)
